But loneliness isn’t just a problem during the twelve days of Christmas – it is a more regular reality for many of (most of us?) in different ways and at different times. So we thought we’d post the interview here in case you might benefit from it during this season when many of us are painfully grappling with the acute loneliness that lockdowns bring. (Every so often the sound cuts out on the interviewer but it's worth persisting!).
