Sophie grew up believing she was a boy in a girl’s body – feeling different from other girls and resisting the idea of being female. Even as she tried to follow Jesus, she struggled with what it truly meant to be a woman in God’s eyes.

After years of trying to fit into an image of womanhood that didn’t feel right, the weight of it all became overwhelming. In her darkest moments, she turned to God and found the truth: God made her just as she is, with the personality he intended. As she embraced his love, the sense of being male began to fade, and she finally accepted herself as the woman God says she is.
