Vaughan is the Rector of St Ebbe’s – an Anglican evangelical church in Oxford. Living Out owes our existence to meetings that happened in Vaughan’s sitting room ten years ago. His ‘coming out’ as same-sex attracted encouraged others (me included) to do the same. He is one of our storytellers and has been supportive of us in countless ways.

Vaughan’s local bishop, Steven Croft, has just declared his full support for the introduction of ‘same-sex marriage’ in the Church of England.
